How do I place an order?
This process couldn't be simpler, send us a quick and easy email on our contact tab or call Julian on 07841 913444
Depending on the order and the amount of design personalisation we may send pdf files for approval. If you require one then please ask us though.
Please note once the order and price has been agreed we require full payment (or a 50% deposit for larger orders) before we can start designing or lasering.
If the order is cancelled once your order has been designed we reserve the right to charge for our programming and design time.
How long will my order take?
It depends on the order. but typically orders take 7-10 working days. If your order is of an urgent nature then please contact us so we can prioritise your order.
Please note the order is only confirmed once payment is received.
We accept the following payment methods;
Card payments - Visa, Visa Debit, MasterCard, Amex - pay through basket
PayPal payments - pay through basket
BACS payments - Instructions and details to be given if this direct payment method is required.
VAT invoice will be sent and we accept payments through BACS or PayPal. Proforma Invoicing applies for new customers.
Standard orders - most of our items are sent via standard Royal Mail postage. Larger items are sent via courier. All P&P prices will be agreed when confirming order.
Business orders - shipping will depend on the items order and quantities. All P&P prices will be agreed during the enquiry stage.
Returns and Refunds
Put It On Wood will accept returns if the product received is damaged or has an issue with the laser-engraving. Please contact us.
